This is a really bad coffee pot, I don't recommend personally and here is why. First off you essentially pay to heat the water in the tank 24/7 unless you want to wait 15 minutes for the water in the tank to heat up. Second, its a pain in the butt to clean, you have to empty the tank by turning it upside down to drain the water out, water ends up everywhere. When you clean it with vinegar to descale you have to run 10 pots worth of water through it to clear the vinegar out...so in summary its a pain and the coffee tastes worse than the coffee from the 20 dollar mr coffee coffee maker that I bought to get rid of this overpriced piece of crap.....If I could give this zero stars I would.
