Purchased from the company themselves. Our company has ~150 employees and we have this machine and a superautomated espresso machine. It's easy enough for people too use and we have 2 baratza virtuoso grinders with presets to match the brewer. This setup has worked nicely with one exception: the smaller cups will end up with a standing pool of water at the bottom of the brewcone which will drain after ~45 seconds making it inconvenient because it won't drip or drain at all durring those 45 seconds. We've played around with grind size and the brew settings and can't seem to get rid of that issue. Also, the brewcone spout will clog occasionally from loose coffee particles.Other than that the machine works great. It hasn't capped out from over use yet and we are only on the 110v setting and the machine can do 220v for high volume. There aren't many parts to the brew process so cleaning is extremely easy. CAN ALSO USE CHEMEX TO BREW which makes it fantastic. Pleased but still working out some issues.
