I had this model for more than just a few years... I did have to replace a rocker switch along the way but that was all... When it finally gave out, I ordered this model again.. it has different switches now, but performs the same. It is like making a cup of coffee with an old friend. You know what to expect and have a nice experience too. Recognize that what you receive may not be the same as pictured. Be sure to compare prices for this model number.
